All sales are final. Please review all measurements and pictures prior to purchasing an item. Ask as many questions as you need to feel confident in your purchase. Please remember that you are viewing vintage, pre-owned, antique pieces that will show their age and may not be perfect. We incorporate a weathered style look to add to their character and charm.

Life happens around us! Production times can be delayed to address activities in our daily lives.
Production times can also be delayed due to any illness/injury.
Production times can be longer if we are booked heavily.
Production time for your furniture/weathered finishes is approximately 6/8 Weeks, Weather Permitting.

Furniture can take longer to complete as there are many layers of materials that all have “Dry Times”.
Please be patient with us as we do take our time in providing the best craftsmanship possible! We NEVER rush! Rushing only causes errors and we want to provide the best, flawless weathered style finishes and custom-built furniture for all of our customers.

SHIPPING IS NOT FREE AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN CHECKOUT.
**SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED BECAUSE WE ARE UNAWARE OF SHIPPING LOCATION.
WE FIND FAIR SHIPPING PRICES RATHER THAN CHARGING A FLAT SHIPPING RATE SAVING OUR CUSTOMERS TIME AND MONEY.
**WE USE USHIP TO SHIP OUR PRODUCTS TO OUR CUSTOMERS.
**WE ARE NOT SHIPPERS.
WE HELP OUR CUSTOMERS FIND LOW RATES FOR SHIPPING THROUGH USHIP. THESE ARE INDEPENDENT SHIPPERS, THEY MAKE THEIR OWN SCHEDULES AND THEY DO NOT WORK FOR US.

WE WILL INSURE YOUR PACKAGE IN THE EVENT THAT A PIECE IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT AS WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE DAMAGES INCURRED DURING SHIPPING.
IF SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOT MADE OR ITEMS ARE STORED FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS UPON COMPLETION OF THE PIECE THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED AND A STORAGE FEE OF 20$ A DAY WILL BE ISSUED.
ITEMS LEFT UNCLAIMED FOR LONGER THAN 14 DAYS ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED 2 TIMES PRIOR AND IF DELIVERY/SHIPPING IS NOT ARRANGED THEN ALL FUNDS PAID TO THIS POINT WILL BE FORFEITED AND THE ITEM WILL BE LISTED AND SOLD.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF FURNITURE
OUR PRODUCTS ARE FOR INDOOR USE ONLY.
ALLOW 30 DAYS FOR THE POLY SEALER TO CURE ON YOUR FRESHLY PAINTED FURNITURE. ALLOW THIS “CURE” TIME TO TAKE PLACE IN A CLIMATE-CONTROLLED AREA, IN YOUR HOUSE, NOT A GARAGE. TREAT WITH CARE AND AVOID EXCESS HANDLING DURING THIS TIME.
USE MILD SOAP AND WATER TO CLEAN YOUR PAINTED PIECE. HARSH CLEANERS/DISGREASER SOAPS WILL AFFECT THE POLY SEALERS.
DO NOT USE FURNITURE POLISH, SPRAYS, EXCESS WATER, ALCOHOL, AND ANYTHING ACIDIC ON YOUR PIECE OF FURNITURE.
PLACEMATS AND COASTERS SHOULD BE USED TO HELP AVOID DAMAGE TO THE FINISHED PRODUCT.
